Automatik camp
Catering to U18 Major & U15AAA
Preparing for Success
Aspiring players who have the goal to play at the highest level and compete for opportunities within the high performance stream want to ensure they are well prepared for these upcoming, short term events.
TSHP programs deliver focused training specifically built to prepare players for these types of camps. The camp provides a great opportunity to continue enhancing your game in preparation for the coming season, especially in light of the past year and limited opportunities to train/play. Many TSHP players have used our prep camps as a successful springboard to High Performance programs across Atlantic Canada. This year we are evolving the camp further to enhance the experience for the players.
There will be a combination of skills, tactics and game situational play. Coaches will be providing feedback to assist the players in gaining as much insight into their game as possible and help them build a recipe for success to be as prepared as possible for these upcoming events.
TSHP FEMALE SPring Hockey Academy
Catering to U9/U11/U13
The key to our program is Skills Acquisition. We enhance this by also teaching players the “why?” Using game specific situations to teach them skill but also to show them when and where the skills can be used and also allow them some creativity to explore additional uses of the skills. From there we teach them to apply these tactics to game situations and use a variety of small area games to enhance their Hockey IQ.
We offer 15hr of practice, with 5hr of 2-line games to provide a comprehensive package for players to develop and gain some valuable in-game experience.

Weekly SKIll groups
Catering to a Variety of Age Groups
Our weekly small group sessions are focused on building & developing skills and tactics for players that they can transition back to their teams. These sessions have a variety of focus areas and are designed to allow players to build specific skills, apply the skills to tactics and then work on applying these tactics to game-like situations. Video consulting: Video review and interactive conferencing
All Ages
Review of player's in-game video to enhance their awareness and decision making. Developing Hockey IQ is one of the most important aspects of being a good player.
